THE WAY RESIDENCE
Constructed in 2002, the Way household is approximately 3,100 square feet, equipped with 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, an outdoor hot tub and pool. The home captures a mission style character with craftsman influence. Construction was inspired by homes in the Belvedere Club Resort, located in Charlevoix, MI.

THE PASSMAN RESIDENCE
Constructed in 2010, the Passman residence was a rennovation of a 70-80 year old cottage. The rennovation had to stay within its original footprint, and measures around 960 square feet. The space includes: 2 bedrooms, a sleeping bunk room, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining, and living space. The small cottage was built by Ron Way, Gary Way, Brian Vollmer, and crew.

One clear instance is the way the large windows of the living room let in the light, along with the cathedral ceiling of the master bedroom"
