Charlevoix Beach House

A Coastal Craftsman Design-Build

Set along Lake Michigan in Charlevoix, this coastal Craftsman home blends timeless architectural character with modern functionality. A symmetrical façade, prominent gabled rooflines, and expansive covered porches create a welcoming connection to the outdoors. Crisp white columns and railings complement the soft gray siding, while generous windows frame views of the lake and surrounding shoreline.

From concept through completion, this project reflects the collaborative nature of our design-build approach. We worked closely with the homeowners to create a home that responds to both their vision and its unique setting.

Maximizing the views of Lake Michigan was central to the design. The kitchen and living spaces were positioned on the upper level to take advantage of natural light and expansive views, while a wraparound porch extends the living space outdoors. The result is a home that feels open, connected, and distinctly suited to its waterfront setting.
